Product Story

It was "Eureka!" when we dreamed up the Five Star Bar® in 1989. And the amazing thing is, we were doing things backwards. Instead of filling a chocolate mould with ingredients, we hand-mixed them first (same way you'd make ice cream), shaped the bar thick and dense for maximum bite, and wrapped everything in chocolate. Experts said, "You can't do it that way . . . it just won't work!" Turns out, you can.

Disappointig

Purchased through Stonewall Kitchen. I was expecting something wonderful, but the Hazelnut isn't very nutty, more like a crunch bar. The chocolate is rather bland.

Her favorites, like...ever.

The lady I bought these for says they are...The Big O...for her mouth. :D And then she tried the caramel Five-Star Bar and described those exactly the same way. It seems that one simply cannot go wrong with LCC's Five-Star Bars. Nice!

To die for

I love chocolate more than any other food, ate it nearly every day in Germany for almost a year (I had to try all the different kinds!), and this is hands down, absolutely no contest, The Best Chocolate I have ever had! I’m drooling as I write this, thinking about eating one...
