Vermont Chocolate - Bulk Chocolates of Vermont
Honey Caramels have been a customer favorite for nearly 35 years! Today we still craft them from the original recipe — pure honey, kettle-cooked with sugars and fresh cream until golden, then cooled and placed by hand in a bed of rich dark chocolate. Custom-designed with a beehive-and-wildflowers motif and wrapped in yellow-gold foil, each one is a piece of edible art that makes an elegant (and quickly devoured) favor for your wedding, party, or corporate event.
What You'll Get:
- Total piece count: approximately 80
- 54% cocoa content dark chocolate filled with golden honey in creamy caramel
- Each piece is 11⁄4" diameter and 1⁄2" thick
