Product Story

To make these popular chocolate turkeys for Thanksgiving requires some serious eye-hand coordination. With a special “blooping” technique, they meticulously fill each mold by hand, with just the right amount of organic chocolate. The turkeys then go for a spin on our magnetic tumbler — a special machine that spins the turkey molds in two directions to create the perfect semi-solid chocolate turkey. Once the chocolate sets, the turkeys are removed from the molds and then carefully hand-wrapped and packaged for shipping across the country.
