Product Story

To craft something as irresistibly delicious as these gourmet pecan caramel clusters takes creativity, passion, and the best ingredients possible. In large copper kettles, our chocolatiers combine fresh cream, butter, vanilla, and organic sugar and slow-cook it to luscious golden caramel perfection. The caramel is then dolloped onto a bed of roasted pecans. Once the caramel has cooled, the clusters are drenched in milk chocolate and hand-decorated with dark chocolate stripes.
