To handcraft this popular treat, our chocolatiers start with only the best, non-GMO nonpareils (tiny round sprinkles made from sugar and starch). Drops of organic and fair trade certified dark chocolate are deposited in neat lines on the tray of nonpareils. After the chocolate sets up, the premium dark chocolate candy is hand-sifted one tray at a time.
