Ice Cream Private Parties
Your guests will love our award-winning ice cream at your next celebration. Choose from single scoop, double scoop or a sundae party. Price includes setup, up to four flavors of ice cream, one serving of your choice per guest, one hour of service, and clean-up.

Single Scoop Party
$6 per serving
Let us scoop up your favorite award-winning ice cream flavors into sugar cones and/or cups. Price includes setup, up to four flavors of ice cream, one scoop of ice cream per guest, one hour of service, and clean-up.
Double Scoop Party
$8 per serving
Double the fun! Delicious homemade ice cream scooped into sugar cones and/or cups. Price includes setup, up to four flavors of ice cream, two scoops of ice cream per guest, one hour of service, and clean-up.
Sundae Party
$8.75 per serving
Take our award-winning ice cream, top it with our house-made chocolate sauce, fresh whipped cream and a cherry on top. Price includes setup, up to four flavors of ice cream, two scoops of ice cream and sundae toppings per guest, one hour of service, and clean-up.

What sizes are your scoops?
One scoop is three ounces of ice cream. Ice cream and sundaes come in a sugar cone or a branded Lake Champlain Chocolates cup. (All the cups, napkins, and spoons used are fully compostable.)

What are your minimum party size requirements?
There is a $300 order minimum for a private party.

What geographical areas do you serve?
We serve within a 30-mile radius of Burlington, Vermont.

Can you accommodate allergy or special dietary restrictions?
We offer non-dairy sorbet, as well as plenty of flavors to choose from that, don't contain nuts. For those with gluten sensitivity, we can offer cups instead of cones. (Please note that our ice cream is made with eggs.)

Do you require a deposit?
For private parties, a quote will be provided once we receive all the information regarding the date, time, type of ice cream party, and the number of guests. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date with the final payment due the day of the event.

Can I reserve the ice cream truck for more than one hour?
A one-hour service charge is included in the cost. A service charge can be increased for $25 per hour, for each additional hour requested.

Do you require any special accommodations for setup?
Electricity is required for any event that requires our ice cream cart.
