If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your chocolates, simply return your order and receipt within 60 days of purchase. Didn't purchase your chocolates through our website or our Vermont retail stores?
For a prompt replacement or refund, we suggest contacting the retailer where you purchased your chocolates. This saves you the time and effort of going through us first. If, however, you've contacted the retailer and aren't satisfied with their response, let us know. We'll work with you to solve the problem.
