We hire seasonally in late summer/early fall for manufacturing, packaging and shipping positions; late spring for retail positions. We accept applications throughout the year and keep them on file for six months should appropriate positions become available.

Our work environment consists of three retail stores located at 65 Church St, Burlington, 750 Pine Street, Burlington; and Rte 100, Waterbury Center, VT. Company headquarters and production facilities are located at 750 Pine Street, Burlington, VT. Our warehouse and shipping facilities are located at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, VT.

Must enjoy working with the public and care about providing customers with an exceptional experience. Prior retail and barista experience a plus. Must also enjoy public speaking and conducting daily tours. Year-round, part and full-time positions available at our Pine Street Factory location. Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday hours, a must.

Lead and manage Lake Champlain Chocolates’ quality and food safety program. In this role, you will serve as the SQF practitioner accountable for developing, executing, and maintaining GFSI certification for our manufacturing and chocolate handling facility. Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives in alignment with Regulatory, HACCP, and company policies and goals for all food handling processes. Qualified candidates will have strong technical and regulatory knowledge, demonstrated success in supervising/leading teams, and exceptional communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or equivalent combination of education & experience. Must have at least 5 years of leadership and regulatory experience within a food manufacturing facility.
Shipping chocolate across the country on a daily basis is no small task - it requires physical endurance, motivation, and careful attention to detail! As Shipping Specialist in our order fulfillment department, you are responsible for picking, packing, and preparing specialty gift boxes and wholesale packages for shipping and delivery. Ability to lead and train others, basic math skills, and accuracy are critical to the success of this position. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time. Full time hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday, with ability to work extended hours during the holiday seasons.
