We take extra care to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice as needed. Each package comes surrounded by Lake Champlain Chocolates' signature tissue paper and with a personalized gift card.
If you place your order by 2pm ET it will ship the same day (Monday-Friday). We ship exclusively with UPS and transit times vary depending on the destination. Please see the map below for the estimated number of days it takes to ship UPS Ground from Lake Champlain Chocolates.
For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the Summer months, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only - to prevent chocolates from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure safe delivery. Orders shipped UPS Ground to New England may be sent on Thursday, as well as all orders shipped Overnight.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
