It was “Eureka!” when we dreamed up the Five Star Bar in 1989. And the amazing thing is, we were doing things backwards. Instead of filling a chocolate mould with ingredients, we hand-mixed them first (same way you’d make ice cream), shaped the bar thick and dense for maximum bite, and wrapped everything in chocolate. Experts said, “You can't do it that way . . . it just won’t work!” Turns out, you can.
