Chocolate Truffles.
Lake Champlain Chocolates handcrafts many different kinds of truffles. Some are only available seasonally, or in limited editions. All use all-natural ingredients with no preservatives or shelf extenders.
Champlain Truffles
These are the chocolates that started it all — dessert-sized classics with a new world spirit. The centers are velvety smooth, dense ganache, rich with whipped Vermont cream and butter. The chocolate coatings are thin, and individually hand-decorated. Distinct all-natural flavors make these large chocolate morsels the ultimate dessert treats.
Small World Truffles
These smaller, rounder confections with exotic flavors from around the world offer a contrast in textures. Hand-decorated, slightly thicker chocolate shells cradle rich, smooth, soft, nearly liquid ganache centers truly unpredictable until the moment of exuberant discovery.
Old World Truffles
Square and more dense, Old World Truffles are silky smooth in texture. The infused fudge-like ganache centers are hand cut, enrobed in dark chocolate, and hand-decorated in the European tradition. Available only during the holidays and Valentine's Day.
Truffle Obsession
The simplest of all truffles, Truffle Obsessions are luxurious dark chocolate rounded ganache infused with Madagascar vanilla beans and coated with cocoa. Available only during the holidays and Valentine's Day.
