Apple Cider Caramels are a 2016 Good Food Award Finalist!
We are so excidered (pun intended) to announce that our Apple Cider Caramels are a Good Food Award Finalist. The caramels were chosen by a panel of the foremost chocolate experts in a blind tasting for their exceptional taste as well as for supporting sustainable agriculture, transparency, responsible relationships and social good.
By partnering with our good friends at Citizen Cider and Happy Valley Orchard, we were able to create a confection that celebrates an iconic flavor of Vermont and showcases a harmony of fermented foods- apples into cider and cocoa beans into chocolate. This is a unique Vermont chocolate delicacy.
