Just steps from our Factory Store, in Burlington, Vermont, the South End Kitchen at Lake Champlain Chocolates offers three unique experiences in one remarkable space. A welcoming space to connect with food, learn about flavor, engage with community, and really get to know your chocolate:

Café.
Led by Chef Sarah Langan, the café serves fresh, simple, seasonal fare in a beautiful 45-seat space featuring open kitchen views, a custom stone fireplace, and wood and metalwork by Vermont artisans.

Sat: 8:00am–5:00pm
Sun: 8:00am–5:00pm
Breakfast daily until 10:30am | Lunch 11:00am–3:00pm | Dessert all day long.

Education Kitchen.
Take your skills to the next level while learning from top instructors like renowned cookbook author Molly Stevens. Our education kitchen is an inspiring setting for hands-on cooking classes covering everything from making chocolate to achieving the perfect braise, pairing the right wine, and more.

Craft Chocolate.
Enjoy through-the-window views of chocolate being made from scratch at Blue Bandana Chocolate Maker, Eric Lampman’s award-winning line of bean-to-bar chocolate. Watch right from your table as Eric transforms his directly sourced cocoa beans into single-origin chocolate bars.
