Visit Our Factory

Please note that our main entrance on Pine St. will be closed over the next four weeks due to construction to our parking lot. Please use Birchcliff Parkway just to the north of our factory to access our side entrance and temporary parking lot.

 

Coming to Vermont?  Visit us in person at our Factory Store  - see chocolates made right before your eyes and take in the aromas and tastes (not to mention free samples) of our chocolate factory. Our free, through-the-window Factory Tours are offered on the hour Monday through Friday at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, & 2pm at our Factory Store and Café location at 750 Pine Street, Burlington, Vermont. Please note that our hours are subject to change, so please refer to this page for tour time updates and/or cancellations.  If you have any questions please call us 802-864-1807.

 

For Group Tours of 10 people or more, a reservation is required, and tours will be on the half hour.  All reservations must be made at least three days before you plan to visit our factory.  Please call 802-264-2173 to make a reservation.  Our space can safely accommodate a maximum of 35 people per tour.  Groups with a reservation must arrive 10 minutes early.  If your entire group does not arrive 10 minutes early, we may be unable to accommodate your reservation.  Groups under ten people do not need a reservation. 

 

During peak season, our tours fill to capacity, so please arrive early to ensure a spot on the tour. 

 

Please note that our production schedule changes daily.  Even though tours are scheduled during production hours, we cannot guarantee that specific production areas will be in operation when you visit. 

 

Visit us at one of our three company-owned stores:

Factory Store & Café, on 750 Pine Street, Burlington, Vermont, open from Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm, and from 11am – 5pm on Sunday.

 

Church Street Store & Café is located on the Marketplace in Burlington where you can watch us making hand-whipped Copper Kettle Fudge on Saturdays. Our full selection of chocolates and up to 12 different kinds of fudge is also offered, open Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Hours change seasonally so please call for 802.862.5185 for current hours of operation.

 

Our Waterbury Center Store & Café is on Route 100 between Stowe and Waterbury. You'll find our full selection of chocolates, a hot chocolate café, Vermont souvenirs, and plenty of factory seconds.  Open 7 days a week 9am – 6pm.

 

Burlington is located in the northwest corner of Vermont and offers a multitude of recreational activities and attractions including The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Ben & Jerry's, and the Shelburne Museum. Traveling by car, Burlington is approximately 3.5 hours from Boston and 5 hours from New York. Our factory is located at 750 Pine Street in the heart of Burlington, just minutes from the waterfront, Church Street Marketplace, and the University of Vermont.
