We hire seasonally in late summer/early fall for manufacturing, packaging and shipping positions; late spring for retail positions. We accept applications throughout the year and keep them on file for six months should appropriate positions become available.

Our work environment consists of three retail stores located at 65 Church St, Burlington, 750 Pine Street, Burlington; and Rte 100, Waterbury Center, VT. Company headquarters and production facilities are located at 750 Pine Street, Burlington, VT. Our warehouse and shipping facilities are located at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, VT.

Get moving! If you have a strong work ethic and like physically demanding work that requires concentration, team-work, flexibility, and fanatical attention to detail, this may be the career move for you! Our team is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is interested in getting our amazing chocolate into the hands of our customers. This shipping lead will have at least 2 years of shipping/warehouse/receiving experience, be skilled in training others, certified in forklift/electric pallet operations, and maintain an impeccable driving record (Valid VT driver’s license and reliable transportation, required). Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs., and work flexible hours, as needed.
Seeking passionate chocolate lovers to join our dynamic retail team and help us to amaze our customers! Must enjoy working with the public and care about providing customers with an exceptional experience. Prior retail and barista experience a plus. Must also enjoy public speaking and conducting daily tours. Part-time positions available at our Pine Street Factory location with potential of full-time hours during the holiday season. Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended summer hours, a must.
Seeking passionate chocolate lovers to join our dynamic Waterbury retail team and help us to amaze our customers! Must enjoy working with the public and care about providing customers with an exceptional experience. Prior retail, barista and food service experience a plus. Year-round, part and full-time positions available. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours, a must.
Full-time, seasonal jobs available from early October - Feb/March in our Packaging and Shipping departments. Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. Must love physical work: stand on your feet for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs., hand-package, and ship our products with care and detail. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm (7:30am-4pm for shipping positions). Must have reliable transportation. Manufacturing experience, a plus.
Help us to amaze our customers this holiday season! Seeking friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Assist customers placing phone and web orders, and provide service via telephone, email, live chat, and in person. Successful candidates will be energetic, self-motivated, personable, and adaptable to changing needs. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as accurate keyboarding, data-entry, and computer skills. At least 1-2 years experience working in a customer service environment, required. Ability to work weekends and extended holiday hours, a must. Join us for the Holidays!
