We hire seasonally in late summer/early fall for manufacturing, packaging and shipping positions; late spring for retail positions. We accept applications throughout the year and keep them on file for six months should appropriate positions become available.

Company headquarters and production facilities are located at 750 Pine Street, Burlington, VT. Our warehouse and shipping facilities are located at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, VT.

Seeking passionate chocolate lovers to join our dynamic Waterbury retail team and help us to amaze our customers! Must enjoy working with the public and care about providing customers with an exceptional experience. Prior retail, barista and food service experience a plus. Year-round, part and full-time positions available. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours, a must.
Full-time, seasonal job employment from mid-August through February/March in our Manufacturing, Packaging and Shipping departments. Qualified candidates will have a strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. Must love physical work: stand on your feet for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs., produce, hand-package, and ship our products with care and detail. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm (7:30am-4pm for shipping positions). Must have reliable transportation. Manufacturing experience, a plus.
We are looking for an IT Coordinator to handle all of our day to day technology operations. The right individual is a jack-of-all-IT- trades, enjoys learning new things, has good project management skills, enjoys doing something different every day, and loves a good challenge. This position will coordinate the management of our internal IT systems as well as run the Help Desk. You will provide first line support for all things technology and act as primary liaison with our technology partners. This includes support of MS SQL, ERP, POS, EDI, PCI, CITRIX, WAN/LAN, Web ordering, time tracking, barcoding, labeling, remote users, thick clients, thin clients, cell phones, VOIP, user and computer setups, various software integration points, and a wide open field of database opportunities.
We are highly complex with systems supporting manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, administration, marketing, training, retail, direct to consumer web sales, wholesale sales via a network of sales representatives and web, etc. As our sole internal IT employee, you will benefit from the extensive external support system provided by our network of business partners. These teams are available to assist you with their vast expertise and training. Our cloud-based network, allows you to leave the responsibility of network security, backups, and risk management to the experts so you can focus on important business opportunities.
