We hire seasonally in late summer/early fall for manufacturing, packaging and shipping positions; late spring for retail positions. We accept applications throughout the year and keep them on file for six months should appropriate positions become available.

Creative Content Writer

If you have a passion for storytelling, we’d love to hear from you! Become a key contributor on our eCommerce marketing team by creating compelling and persuasive content for web, email, print, and other sales/marketing collateral. Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent experience. Must have superior yet creative writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as general marketing knowledge. Experience in writing copy for search engine optimization (SEO) and digital projects, required. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, web analytics and content management systems, preferred.

Report Writer/Analyst (Part-Time)

We are looking to add a part-time Report Writer/Analyst to our Accounting team. In this position, you will be in charge of producing workable reports throughout the company and will play a primary role in creating and updating Crystal Reports, mining data from varied sources, providing data analyses, database support, and training to other designated report writers.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of experience in report writing, ability to develop complex reports, and working knowledge of analysis tools. Must have expertise in Crystal Reports and Excel. Access and SQL queries a plus.

Mail Order Shipping Specialist

As a Mail Order Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for picking, packing and preparing specialty gift boxes and wholesale packages for shipping and delivery. Seeking motivated, customer-focused, detail-oriented team member who has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills and accuracy are critical to the success of this position. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time. Full time hours are 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with the possibility of working extended hours in the morning and/or evening during our holiday shipping season.

Retail Sales Associates & Tour Guides

Seeking passionate chocolate lovers to join our dynamic retail team at our flagship store on Pine Street and help us to amaze our customers! Must enjoy working with the public and care about providing customers with an exceptional experience. Prior retail, barista and food service experience a plus. Must also enjoy public speaking and conducting daily tours. Year-round, full-time positions available at all three locations. Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended summer hours, a must.
