We hire seasonally in late summer/early fall for manufacturing, packaging and shipping positions; late spring for retail positions. We accept applications throughout the year and keep them on file for six months should appropriate positions become available.

Our work environment consists of three retail stores located at 65 Church St, Burlington, 750 Pine Street, Burlington; and Rte 100, Waterbury Center, VT. Company headquarters and production facilities are located at 750 Pine Street, Burlington, VT. Our warehouse and shipping facilities are located at 290 Boyer Circle, Williston, VT.

The details are in the chocolate! If you are an administrative professional who loves chocolate as well as spreadsheets, this could be your dream job! We are looking for our next team member to coordinate, manage, and maintain product specs and certifications within our R&D department. Our ideal teammate must be highly organized and technically savvy as well as independent and collaborative. You must be fiercely hard-working, values-driven, hungry to learn, and fanatical about details.
While you must have superior organizational, data entry, and analytical skills, you must also value working in a food manufacturing environment dedicated to Organic and Fair Trade products. Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and at least two years’ administrative experience. Must be highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs. Experience with nutritional labeling and Genesis, ideal.

Our ideal team member will be a friendly, detail-oriented customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Assist customers placing phone and web orders, and provide service via telephone, email, and live chat. To be successful in this job, you need to be organized, self-motivated, personable, and adaptable to changing needs. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as accurate data-entry, and computer skills. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years’ experience working in a customer service environment.
Seeking passionate chocolate lovers to join our dynamic retail team and help us to amaze our customers! Must enjoy working with the public and care about providing customers with an exceptional experience. Prior retail and barista experience a plus. Must also enjoy public speaking and conducting daily tours. Part-time positions available at our Pine Street Factory location with potential of full-time hours during the holiday season. Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended summer hours, a must.
