June 6, 2008 :: (Burlington, VT) Lake Champlain Chocolates (LCC) will feature a free chocolate tasting from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at their Waterbury Center Store & Cafe on Saturday, June 21, 2008. Attendees will sample a flight of four all-natural chocolates from around the world, arranged from lowest to highest cocoa content:
Milk Chocolate (34% cocoa content) The traditional art of blending cocoa beans from different countries recognizes that the right combination yields a synergy -- a total effect greater than the sum of its parts. This milk African blend is just right: sweet, creamy, aromatic, and wholesome.
