As a locally-owned, twenty-five year old Vermont company, Lake Champlain Chocolates offers exciting challenges and opportunities for its employees in an atmosphere of mutual respect and teamwork.
We hire seasonally in late spring/early summer for manufacturing, packaging and shipping positions; late Spring for retail positions. We accept resumes all times of year, and keep them on file for six months should appropriate positions become available.

Retail Sales Associate & Tour Guide – Looking for a career in chocolate? We are seeking passionate chocolate lovers who want to be part of the Lake Champlain Chocolates team. Join our Flagship retail store and help us to amaze our customers through sales, café creations and tours. Must enjoy working with the public and public speaking. Prior retail experience a plus. Full-time positions available in our Pine Street store.
Customer Service Representative – Full-time – Help us to amaze our customers! Seeking an experienced customer service professional who is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Provide administrative support to our sales team, assist customers with web orders, and respond to customer requests via phone, in-person, and e-mail. Successful candidates will be energetic, personable, and adaptable to changing needs. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as accurate keyboarding, data entry, and computer skills. Familiarity with MS Office applications and general understanding of online ordering, required. Opportunity to work additional hours during the winter holiday season.
